"Fix" for "Failed zlib call" Error in GTA V

If you come into a "special Zone" in GTA V no matter Storry or Online you will get an Error Pop-Up that says "ERR_GEN_ZLIB_2 Failed zlib call. Please reboot or reinstall the game." As Rockstar says Reboot wont help but me and my Crew have a clue. We both reinstalled the game and after he had a "death Zone" but I didn't. So what was the differnce between us? After minutes of thinking we got it: he paused the download and I let the download run straigth trought!

So now: We have the Idea that if you pause the download the Region that is downloaded at the moment cannot be intigreded again into the world so that the "death Zone" is there.Some others of my Crew did it too after it worked for me and it helped. But that's the Point we dont know exactly what it is but reinstalling without pausing seems to help.
